• Conduct an operational assessment to identify opportunities for operational, financial, and clinical improvement. 
• Facilitate the development of a strategic business and hospital financial services and operations plan for the hospital and then overseeing its implementation.

Our inhouse departments of; staffing coordinators, Human Resource Department, Employee Benefits Coordinators, Medical Insurance Contracting, Insurance Billers, AP, AR allows CHG to manage and monitor a broad range healthcare operation.
