  • Managing all aspects of the revenue cycle including managing Medicaid, Medicare and insurance contracting until final billing and collections. 
  • Conduct an operational assessment to identify opportunities for operational, financial, and clinical improvement. 
  • Facilitate the development of a strategic business and hospital financial services and operations plan for the hospital and then overseeing its implementation. 


CHG’s corporate back-office team consist of experienced CEOs and CFOs with a team of outstanding of accountants and analyst. Our inhouse departments of; staffing coordinators, Humane Resource Department, Employee Benefits Coordinators, Medical Insurance Contracting, Insurance Billers, AP, AR allows CHG to manage and monitor a broad range healthcare operation. CHG has a focused on servicing the underserved geriatric and mental health populations. CHG’s vision is to continue to expand to treat the geriatric and psych population with all levels inpatient and outpatient and with all types of related services.
